Currently, I’m contributing on a new build behavioral health hospital for PRISMA Health on the East Coast. This project represents a significant step forward in creating a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to mental health care, designed to provide a healing and supportive environment for patients and staff alike.

Working as part of a fully remote team spread across the country has been both a challenge and a rewarding experience. Collaboration happens through virtual meetings, shared digital platforms, and constant communication, which has sharpened my ability to stay organized, proactive, and detail-oriented in a distributed work environment. At 50% Design Development, the project is in a critical phase—refining the design, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring the vision aligns with the client’s goals and the needs of the community.

My role involves developing and refining design documentation, including plans, elevations, and sections, while also contributing to the coordination of structural, MEP, and other specialty consultants. It’s a balancing act of creativity and technical precision, ensuring that the design not only meets functional and regulatory requirements but also fosters a sense of calm and safety for its future users.
